Napoli 11 FT Cantilever Offset Umbrella with 360° Rotation

Loved the umbrella initially but in less than 60 days, the fabric faded. Contacted seller and they would not uphold the warranty. The description that it is "high quality and fade resistant" is not correct. After a week of back of forth via email I finally had to settle for a partial refund. They refused to replace the umbrella. I made a few other purchases from Grand Patio this summer; we will see if everything else holds up; I'm hoping! Thanks grand patio for not standing behind your product. I will be sure to pass this info along!

My old patio umbrella that runs through my table basically broke so time for a new one. I did a lot of research this time and I found this one, very well made, good features, and just had to get one to try. I was not dissapointed, this one works great. The stand was so easy to stake down, where my umbrella resides at the corner of the back yard, near my firepit. I was very happy to see that it keeps the sun off, no matter where the sun is at the time. If the morning sun peaks under the umbrella, it pulls in to tilt and keeps the sun off, I have to say a really nice design that works well. We had a storm a few days ago, and I just reeled it in, and tied it down, and it was great through that windy storm. I can't boast enough on how easy this one is to work, so I did a video to show. This one has options, where I opted to get the one without the stand, because the staking down was my preferred method. However, I can see an advantage to having the stand along with it for patio use, and nice to know there are options if needed. I really like how it can also turn 360 degrees where there is a pedal at the base, easy to get the umbrella out of the way when not in use and it works easily too. The fabric was drenched and dried through the last storm and zero fadding happened where the material is high grade and looks and feels it too. The assembly was pretty easy, instructions were right on where it only took me thirty minutes from start to finish, where most of that time was putting the anchors into the ground. No cons, this one is really nice, where I am very happy with the purchase.

Great quality and price. Bought 2 and love them. Base was unable but universal bases can be ordered from other places.

The cloth part wore out less than a summer, trying to get info to replace cloth part, unsuccessful, was told to contact Amazon, Amazon Refered me to Grand Patio. I ordered from Amazon a compatible cover replacement….returned item due to poor construction. Still not a resolution as of 8/20/25

Seems ripped apart already. I have only had this umbrella opened about 6 times and yesterday when i opened it I see that the seams have already come apart. An umbrella with a hole in it is useless.

Sooo sweet, absolutely kick ass. Heads and shoulders above anything I have seen. I told myself I would never buy another umbrella because they are all junk. Years went by and I came across this. If this one gets trashed its my own fault, its pretty heavy duty. I made my own base from Concrete. Nice S.S. hardware.

Summer is coming and my backyard does not have an umbrella. I was looking for a solid and big umbrella for summer party and occasional setting. This Grand Patio umbrella is made of solid curvy Aluminum but I wish they come with a base. I got my base from lock home depot. The umbrella itself is made of double-coated polyester and able to resist water and Protect UV. The installation is quick and fast. The auto-lock made it easy to turn. It is able to rotate 360' easily. I would recommend getting a heavy base if there is a strong wind.

It is a gigantic monster, bigger than the expectation, and can cover the whole patio couch set in the front yard entirely. We move out for lunch every sunny day after its settlement. It is also joyful to spend a warm afternoon reading in shade. By the way, it is too heavy to be moved by one person. And the super umbrella requires the super base. Have the base pieces ready then turn to the umbrella. The 200 lb + base makes it more resistive against both breeze and gale in spring. Still, it is suggested to fold down when not in use. And put the protective cover on.

This Grand Patio Napoli 11 FT Cantilever Offset - is a beast of an umbrella. Well made. Relatively simple to assemble. Good to have help inserting into stand. TIP: It doesn't go in the way you might logically think it goes in. Nice, sturdy fabric. Solid metal construction.

I'm very impressed by the quality of this umbrella for the money. Assembly is a little difficult, but instructions are clear. You will need two people. I like that the crank handle is removable incase it breaks. The extra height adjuster to account for different base heights is a nice bonus. The umbrella is very large, and pivots. The construction seems sturdy. I don't think that the velcro strap will hold up to the elements, but that is easily replaced.

This red cantilever 11ft Napoli umbrella is our third patio umbrella and by far the best by any measure. We lost one nut and bolt contacted Grand Patio who sent it out to us immediately. The umbrella easily swivels with a foot pedal lock in so you can fine tune where you want the sun and shade. We are buying our umbrellas from Grand Patio from here on. Grazie mille !!
