Do I need to create an account before purchasing?
No you don’t need to. However, we highly encourage you to become a registered user to get better service.
Which courier company will GRAND PATIO use?
Generally speaking we provide home delivery service by fedEX, however, other courier companies may also be used according to real situation.
How long will it take to get my order?
Generally it will take 1-5 business days to arrive, once sent, delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Do you ship overseas?
No, currently we only focus on U.S. market, will let you know once we are ready to ship overseas.
Can I return or exchange my product?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we can proceed your return/exchange request within 30 days from the receipt of the product.
Can I cancel my order?
We can cancel your order if the parcel is not shipped out, and we will refund your money as well.
Orders can’t be canceled once your product is shipped out.
