11FT Cantilever Patio Umbrella with Base | Large Round Outdoor Shade for Garden, Deck & Pool

We are so happy with the quality of this umbrella. It is easy to put together and operate and it��s beautiful. I highly recommend this umbrella.

This umbrella provides shade so well we get to use our pool for many extra hours in the hot FL sun. We needed to reach out to customer service in the start and they were awesome and timely!

I love this umbrella! I live where there is high winds and my old patio pop up shade cover has been blown all over my yard and now with this last rain storm it��s all bent up lol. I needed shade to cover our cowboy pool and it has to be able to withstand some wind. This umbrella has been perfect! It was nicely packaged and I love the color. We filled the base with sand as the instructions say and we filled rest with water and the stability is strong. It��s easy to open and close. The size is great. It tilts if you like and goes with the wind which helps when you have winds. We haven��t had to close it so far it��s doing incredibly well with our daily winds. During a hurricane we will full close and secure it. You will see in the picture I attached we also purchased a screen net to keep the lovely blood sucking mosquitoes away and it works perfectly with this umbrella! Ignore the pump it��s all still work in progress ;)

Heavy duty base included, added 250 lbs of sand and water., should stay put. There are wheels, but once filled not easy to move. Umbrella fabric is a good thickness and is removable if a replacement is needed later on. Also like that the umbrella is vented. Seems to be a good value for the money compared to what we��ve seen.

This umbrella provides great shade and protection from light showers. The assembly was easy and it is easy to raise up and down. The included base that is to be filled with sand and water is HUGE and very cumbersome. It fit nowhere on our deck and was truly an eyesore. If it was being used by an umbrella on a pool deck it would be fine - but not on a small deck like ours. So. I installed a small platform that extended off our deck that consisted of two 4 x 4 post sections and and 2x4 making the platform 16" x 12" 4" and secured that to the deck with two 15" long 3/4" threaded rods. It is very secure!

Also, the umbrella tends to sway quite a bit in the wind. That was solved by using two bungee cords at the edges.

It's easy to set up, easy to put up and down, perfect size for our sitting area. Looks so beautiful and matches our decor in yard. Worth every penny.

Very happy with new patio umbrella and replacement umbrella for older broken one. I could reach them by calling or text without going thru a bunch of button pushing options.

no sun comes through. it is large and covers my deck. I love the torquoise color.. more water-like. It is sturdy and of good quality.

Went together well. Worst part was loading sand in the base. Easy operation to use and store. Would recommend this product.

Love the size. Bases are a pain to fill.

The umbrella was fairly easy to assemble. You do need two people for part of the assembly. The umbrella is easy operate and covers a large seating area. The base is very heavy once it is filled with sand and water. The umbrella tilts so that you can adjust the shade as the sun moves. The color of the Sunbrella fabric matches what was advertised. All in all, this was a great buy. I suspect we will be using this umbrella fir years to come.

First there is a conflict in the base weight recommendation between the Amazon summary and included instruction booklet. The booklet calls for 264# of an unspecified combination of sand and water. The Amazon summary calls for 330# of sand and 44# of water. I contacted Grand Patio, and they said to use Amazon recommendation. I opted for sand only since the base will be out in a CT winter and managed to get 290# of sand through the two smallish ports by tipping up the base to get the sand to the front until it was too heavy to lift. Moving the base afterwards is at least a two-person job. Take your best guess on placement before filling because this unit does not rotate.

Assembly was straightforward and the diagrammatic instructions were easy to follow. The metal components are of substantial thickness and look to be capable of lasting many years. The Sunbrella fabric blocks 98% of UV which is a key feature.

I had bought a cover, but it turned out to be unnecessary since one was included in the box, so back it went. If you are not a tall drink of water, a ladder is required to put on the cover.

All in all, I am pleased with the purchase. I will be tracking the sun and fine tuning the placement of the base to provide the best compromise between morning and afternoon sun.

The patio umbrella is a really nice setup. Would recommend it to anyone. We had a problem with our unit. A sudden wind came and blew the the umbrella back and forth before we could collapse the canopy. As a result a critical piece was broken. Contacted service and very quickly they resolved the problem to our satisfaction.
