GRAND PATIO 10x13 FT Rectangular Cantilever Patio Umbrella with Base & Umbrella Cover

Honestly, it's an amazing product. Works incredibly well for my patio. It was pretty easy to put together, only downside it hauling all the bags of sand (not included) but that's to be expected. It's easy to open, close, cover and move. 10/10 would buy it again

Had some initial issues with parts but company is very responsive and so far we love our super sized umbrella out by our pool.

We are super happy with this cantilever umbrella! The product is very well made, sturdy, and beautiful. It was packaged well, and the base is larger than most umbrellas come with as a set. The charcoal color is more expensive, but worth it. It is easy
to adjust, and really provides excellent sun protection. We used 4 sixty pound bags of sand and then water to fill the base. Fairly easy to put together. It's not too heavy, but two of us worked together to put assemble the umbrella. Excellent performance! We love it!

This umbrella provides great shade and protection from light showers. The assembly was easy and it is easy to raise up and down. The included base that is to be filled with sand and water is HUGE and very cumbersome. It fit nowhere on our deck and was truly an eyesore. If it was being used by an umbrella on a pool deck it would be fine - but not on a small deck like ours. So. I installed a small platform that extended off our deck that consisted of two 4 x 4 post sections and and 2x4 making the platform 16" x 12" 4" and secured that to the deck with two 15" long 3/4" threaded rods. It is very secure!

Also, the umbrella tends to sway quite a bit in the wind. That was solved by using two bungee cords at the edges.

Easy to put together with two people. Took about 20 minutes. Umbrella is good quality!

Our deck is oddly shaped but this covers the table and chairs nicely with coverage beyond so no one is in the sun or getting wet if rainy. We had a cover with poles that were always in the way. This is perfect.

I purchased patio large size umbrella. The box arrived. I put it together after finishing umbrella. Was one piece missing from the box. I did contact.
Grand patio customer service they ask pictures of course I did and in 24 hours I received a message that they were gonna take care of it and next day they contact me and they said we sending you New umbrella I didn't believe myself and in a few days, I saw the package arrived. I was surprised never had this experience before. Thanks for customer service that I can enjoy that umbrella in Florida sunny days.

Umbrella is exactly what we wanted. The only surprise was the $18 international service assessment fee charged on top of the product cost.

I have a 10' x 13' rectangular umbrella that blows around in the mildest of breezes.....are there straps I can use to prevent this

It is as advertised, looks great and relatively easy to assemble. Directions were clear and I assembled it myself. However, it doesn't take much of a breeze to cause it to tilt back and forth!

Love it. A couple hiccups, but nothing that Grand Patio didn't resolve. Great customer service.

Ordered this umbrella and did not receive the umbrella but only got the base and the wheels were missing. I have tried to contact the store to report and cannot get anyone to respond. This is not acceptable when you spend this much money. You should be able to reach someone immediately to report the discrepancy. Still hoping I hear from someone within the next few hours or I will disputing the charges. Do not recommend ordering from this company.

We wanted an umbrella to shade the low end of our pool (no table/chairs to cover the base). This was the perfect choice - the base is sturdy (you have to fill it with a ton of sand/water) and it still looks great. I love that I can have this umbrella out in the open and it looks like a quality piece in the backyard vs a temporary solution or something we just put together. The amount of shade it provides is also great, it's huge. Highly recommend.
