Great chairs. Very comfortable. The only thing keeping them from a five star rating is the cushion fabric, it's very scratchy. Washing them with fabric softener has helped a little.

Very nice and solid but don’t bother with it if you’re over 6’ tall. It fits my 5-8 wife and daughter great but my 6-5 frame not so much. It’s very much like a domestic first class airline seat.

They are great! Super easy to put together, very comfortable. I seen other reviews talking about the foot rest not working to the fullest, There is an adjustment nut on the cable. This should fix that problem.

Easy to assemble. The chairs are comfortable. Being able to adjust the leg rest and back individually was what really sold me on these chairs. They are even comfortable without the cushions for short periods of time. The fire table works well and was easy to assemble.
The only downside was that we had to wait so long because of the color of cushions we wanted.

The chairs are great, just what I wanted for my garden room! the most magnificent thing about the order was the support area. At first, I thought that something was missing from the parts list... After looking thoroughly through the box and not finding it, I sent an email to them. they responded in 10 minutes !!!! After that, my husband returned home, and told me that the "missing parts" were not missing as he had begun to open the package, removed a small bag of parts, and set them aside in a very obscure place..... and then forgot. So the parts were found, so I immediately sent an apology email, figuring that they may have already sent another set of the parts. If I had waited a day, they would probably already have been in the mail, but I caught it in time. They again answered in a very short time, and were very kind and understanding... putting me to shame... At any rate, I have never experienced this type of great support in such a such period of time. On top of that everything went together very well, and the chairs are comfortable and look great!!

It's a very nice chair, but the foot rest did not extend all the way, so we had to repair it. The company gave us instructions. Still didn't work. They gave us a new piston. We installed it, and it works fine. We did a lot of work to make the chair operable.

Very happy with this chair. Assembly was fine, and both the wife and I find it very comfortable to sit in. At soon as they have another Peacock Blue in stock I will be buying another one 😎

Well I just received this chair today. Came in a sturdy box and was left in my driveway. Unpacked it and putt together. I t comes with the necessary tools to assemble it but I highly recommended using a 13mm socket wrench and a 5/16 hex tool. Don't ask me why the nuts are metric and the hex bolts are SAE. Went together easily with one person assuming you have a bit of knowledge with assembling things. the directions were very clear. They did include some extra bolts and nuts that were not needed and that caused a little confusion because I had it fully assembled and couldn't understand why I had leftover parts. They probably pack all the parts for all their items in one pack.

Ok now let's get to the real stuff. This chair is sturdy, well designed, easy to put together and is very comfortable. The cushions are very nicely fitted and won't slide if you start to slouch in the chair. The controls are very easy. Two pushbuttons to operate the air pump for the footrest and the back. They operate independently and that's why I chose this chair. The footrest only goes up about 3/4 of the way to seat level and I prefer to have it level with the seat. I put the footrest down and use an Ottoman for my legs. Most recliners don't give that option. The pullout built it side table is a neat benifit I really like this chair and I will most likely buy another so that I can be as comfortable as my wife..

Excellent packing, parts, and instructions: very easy to assemble. This recliner is ideal for smaller spaces. As a smaller person, the chair fits me perfectly and is very comfortable. I could not be more pleased with this purchase!

If the leg part would go up a little higher, it would be 6 stars

Very nice. Very comfy. One of my chairs was missing the feet. I contacted the company on a weekend. They got back with me right away and resolved the issue.
