This umbrella has been great. We bought it about three years ago. MY PROBLEM IS that I recently noticed rust stains on my white travertine Pavers underneath the umbrella. When I inspected it, I found the crossbars underneath the base are rusting. This umbrella has been great, and all the other parts are made of corrosion resistant material, but BEWARE… the crossbars which are underneath the base are not made of corrosion resistant material. I hope grand patio will contact me when they read this and send some new Cross bars if they are improved and made of corrosion resistant material.
The patio umbrella base is working out just fine.
Product as described,100% satisfaction!!
Great product!
It’s perfect!
I received this umbrella as a gift and can’t figure out how to empty the water to move the base? Seems like a poor design. No description of emptying the water or sand in the instructions. Can someone contact me?
Once the base and umbrella are set up how can I move?
