After-Sales Replacement Part

The customer service department. It was good at communicating with me throughout the process of ordering a replacement part for our grand umbrella. It helped to troubleshoot with the shipping issue and then followed up to make sure that the part received worked correctly to fix our product. Very satisfied. I would work with this company again.

After searching online for a canopy replacement, I called PatioGrand. The customer service staff were so helpful. Due to the age of our umbrella, a replacement was not easy to locate. But, after I supplied pictures, they sent to work to locate a replacement canopy.

They did locate a replacement and provided me instructions as to how to pay and order the new canopy. It was received quicker than anticipated and fit exactly as needed.

I am so thankful that at call the customer service at GrandPatio.

I needed a replacement bolt for the elbow joint of my Napoli 11' cantilevered umbrella and Customer Service was very helpful identifying the part even though I could not locate the model number.
The correct bolt was sent and I installed it, quick and easy, in my now functioning umbrella !!!

it took a long time to get the part properly ordered

Huge wind storm came thru New Orleans and snapped our umbrella right at the very top (30-40 mph winds)! Called the following morning and replacement part was en route within 2-3 days. Easy to talk with and no automated customer service. USA English speaking representatives very friendly and supportive. They have my business for life. Thank you

The cord broke in my 3 year old umbrella. It's impossible to replace the chord with something more durable so I had to order a new umbrella. I navigated the ordering process fairly easily. The expense was reasonable and I received the part in just a few days. The ordering was done over the phone and the payment was done online. It was a relatively painless transaction.

I needed the crank assembly that is riveted to the main pole for my cantilever umbrella. After an initial misunderstanding of which part was needed they got the correct replacement part to me quickly and included new rivets to mount it. They kept in constant contact with updates.

I needed 2 parts for the base of a Napoli Sunbrella umbrella that had failed due to rust after 3 years. The online process of ordering was not very informative but I followed the instructions I was given. My parts arrived in 2 separate shipments which I didn’t expect but they are correct and the umbrella is functional again. I will use a rust protectant now and in the future and will hopefully get a few more years of service, since it is a nice umbrella. Customer service by texting was responsive and the parts with shipping were very reasonably priced. Thanks for standing up for your product!

We had a very unfortunate issue with a new, large umbrella and stand we had purchased just a year ago and had only used one summer season. It seemed to be due to some malfunction with the pole. Customer service was beyond helpful, cordial and took the issue to higher management in order to replace our umbrella efficiently and fully even after the one year warranty had just expired. They kindly reviewed our issue and. Ase and determined it was an issue beyond our control and handled it for us.

There's no option for replacement parts on the website, but the customer service team was fast and helpful once I emailed them.

I needed a part that broke after our umbrella blew over in a storm, customer service helped me with the part and got it to me in only a couple days.

We really enjoy this large umbrella. It provides so much shade. We hired a handyman to assemble it. It is heavy and awkward. Pictures were used for assembly and it would have been helpful to add some narrative. Thanks, Brenda
