After-Sales Replacement Part

After searching online for a canopy replacement, I called PatioGrand. The customer service staff were so helpful. Due to the age of our umbrella, a replacement was not easy to locate. But, after I supplied pictures, they sent to work to locate a replacement canopy.

They did locate a replacement and provided me instructions as to how to pay and order the new canopy. It was received quicker than anticipated and fit exactly as needed.

I am so thankful that at call the customer service at GrandPatio.

The replacement umbrella is perfect and so easy to attach to our existing frame. I was worried it would take hours but it was as simple as replacing one bolt! Looks beautiful. And your support team were incredibly helpful!

We had a very unfortunate issue with a new, large umbrella and stand we had purchased just a year ago and had only used one summer season. It seemed to be due to some malfunction with the pole. Customer service was beyond helpful, cordial and took the issue to higher management in order to replace our umbrella efficiently and fully even after the one year warranty had just expired. They kindly reviewed our issue and. Ase and determined it was an issue beyond our control and handled it for us.
We were extremely pleased with the attention and professionalism of Grand Patio’s customer service and we love both of the umbrellas (we have two of the largest by our pool) we have purchased. They are stylish and easy to open and close. Thank you, Grand Patio! Great company!!

There's no option for replacement parts on the website, but the customer service team was fast and helpful once I emailed them.

I needed a part that broke after our umbrella blew over in a storm, customer service helped me with the part and got it to me in only a couple days.

We really enjoy this large umbrella. It provides so much shade. We hired a handyman to assemble it. It is heavy and awkward. Pictures were used for assembly and it would have been helpful to add some narrative. Thanks, Brenda
