  • Warranty
    OUTDOOR FURNITURE: This limited warranty is extended to the original purchaser and applies to defects in material and workmanship of your patio furniture, provided your furniture is maintained with care and used only for personal, residential use.
    Frame construction is warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year. (Except for items specifically noted with extended warranties)
    Resin Wicker is warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year.
    Fabric and cushions are warranted against separation at the seams for a period of one (1) year.
    Frame finish is warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year. EXCLUDES RUSTING

    UMBRELLAS:This limited warranty is extended to the original purchaser and applies to structural failure due to manufacturer’s defects only for a period of one (1) year.
    NOTE: STANDARD UMBRELLAS SHOULD ONLY BE USED WITH A TABLE AND UMBRELLA BASE. CANTILEVER AND OFFSET UMBRELLAS SHOULD ONLY BE USED WITH APPROPRIATE BASE AND WEIGHTS. DO NOT USE IN HIGH WINDS OR STORMS.

    EXCLUSION: Items used for commercial, contract or other non-residential purposes; or items damaged due to acts of nature, vandalism, misuse or improper assembly are not warranted. Discoloration, rust and fading of the frame, finish or fabrics as a result of chemicals or spills are not covered. If, within the stated warranty period, the product is found to be defective in material or workmanship, the purchaser must contact the manufacturer’s Customer Service Department. The manufacturer, at its option, will repair or replace the defective parts. Proof of purchase (Dated register/sales slip) is required for warranty claims. It remains the customer’s responsibility to pay for freight and packaging to and from the Service Center. Warranty is to the original owner and is non-transferable. Any replacement of warranted items will be in the original style and color or a similar style and color if the original is unavailable or discontinued. As some states do not allow exclusions or limitations on an implied warranty, the above exclusions and limitations may not apply. This warranty gives the owner specific rights and there may also be other rights which vary from state to state.
